Interns placed with firms across the investment management industry
Within the UK private equity market, just 12% of senior investment roles are held by women. To make progress and increase this proportion, it is imperative that we continue to build the pipeline, focussing on awareness and encouraging more women to join the industry. With the support of firms and programmes such as this, we can introduce a diverse range of students to the industry at an early stage in their careers.
The programme provides an opportunity for students and recent graduates from a UK university to access training, mentoring and practical experience at a participating firm. Firms who participate are invited to showcase both their organisation and the industry in order to build a strong and diverse pipeline of talent for future investment roles.
