A day in the life of…
To develop their network and their understanding of working in private equity and venture capital, female students spend a day at GP firms.
Most recently, Sofía de Marcoartu Basterra, an MBA student from IESE Business School, was welcomed by Aldea Ventures.

Gender diversity creates value by incorporating different perspectives and additional input to the table. We aim to help women to develop their strong potential and be successful in the Spanish private equity arena, while adding substantial value to the industry. From Level 20 Spain we will continue implementing initiatives within its verticals – mentoring, outreach, networking and events and research to empower women in this sector.
