Belgium
Level 20 Belgium chapter has been launched in September 2023. The chapter is focused on promoting private equity to young women, providing them with mentorship and development opportunities. They organise networking events, research, and advocate to support the cause.
CEE
Level 20 CEE host outreach events in schools and universities to encourage young women to join the industry. Other key initiatives include mentoring, advocacy and networking.
DACH
Set up in 2018, the Level 20 DACH chapter runs an established programme of activity including outreach, mentoring, advocacy and networking initiatives — to support members across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Denmark
A leading priority for Level 20 Denmark has been to attract women into private equity at an early stage and promote the industry as a long-term career for women through their flagship Private Equity Female Academy (PEFA). This initiative is also supported by a programme of mentoring, networking, and research.
France
Level 20 France was launched in 2017 by Caroline Folléas who is currently its Chair. The chapter leads in its outreach activities to encourage young women to join private equity and supports their mentoring and development. Other key initiatives include networking and events, advocacy and research.
Ireland
Our Irish chapter have made great strides toward growing their membership base while running both technical workshops and discussion-led panel events to increase awareness of, and encourage women to enter, the venture capital and wider private equity industry.
Italy
Level 20 Italy provides opportunities for its members to network and helps support women in the private equity industry with its mentoring initiative and programme of events.
The Netherlands
With a thriving membership base which has grown by 45% over the last 12 months, Level 20 Netherlands runs outreach, mentoring and networking initiatives which connect and support women working in Dutch private equity.
The Nordics
Level 20 Nordics covers Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Whilst the individual country committees organise specific events for their members, the Nordics Level 20 mentoring programme covers all four countries in the chapter.
Spain
Level 20 Spain has an active and engaged membership; running outreach, mentoring and research initiatives. The chapter shines a light on women, their potential and their experiences.
The United Kingdom
The Level 20 executive team is based in London which is the founding home of the organisation. As well as the well-established mentoring programme, Level 20 engages with sponsor firms and the industry at large to bring diversity and positive cultural change to the sector.
