Building an international movement
We are a pan-European organisation comprising 13 chapters with over 6,500 members. Each chapter is supported by the Level 20 executive team and a committee of volunteers who activate initiatives in local regions.
A strong foundation
We are delighted to have won financial support from over 120 private equity firms, all of which recognise the need to improve the diversity in their organisations.
Leading the way
Each year, we publish authoritative research outlining progress made towards our mission and goal. Our insights are a key point of reference for DE&I leaders throughout private equity and venture capital.
