We encourage private equity firms to commit to Level 20’s mission and implement Level 20’s guidance; cultivating an inclusive culture in which talent can thrive, developing leadership skills at all levels, and implementing policies and frameworks that support career progression.

Level 20 sponsors fund Level 20’s activities, including our operational platform and membership activities which are free for individuals. Sponsors can also access a wide range of resources to support their organisation and their people
